Editorial Policy
Our purpose is to make a real decision easier: which neighbourhood suits a city break, which hotel facilities matter to a trip, or which item deserves limited suitcase space.
Research and experience
We distinguish research-led assessments from first-person reporting. Hotel articles at launch are based on published information and planning criteria; we have not represented them as overnight stays. We do not invent testing, performance measurements, testimonials, star ratings or personal histories.
Sources and changes
We favour official hotel, transport, attraction and retailer information for changing facts. Sources are linked in articles where relevant. Readers should reconfirm booking conditions, availability and retailer policies before committing. We revise material errors when identified.
Product selection
Buying advice starts with a scenario and explains a tradeoff. Clothing sizes, skin preferences, luggage limits and delivery markets differ. A recommendation is a starting point for comparison, not a guarantee that an item fits every reader.
Commercial relationships
Affiliate links are disclosed. Supplied advertising is labelled. We retain responsibility for editorial choices and avoid treating commission as evidence of product quality. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Photography
Licensed stock scene photographs support the mood and subject of our stories. They are not evidence that an author visited a hotel or used a product. Hotel cover images are explicitly illustrative. Sources and photographers appear on our Photography credits page.
